By accessing and using AdBounce, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Google Account Authorization

• You have full authorization to connect the Google account you are using
• You are either the owner of the Google account or have been granted explicit permission by the account owner to access and manage Google Ads data
• You have the right to grant AdBounce access to read and analyze your Google Ads account information
• If you are connecting on behalf of a business or organization, you have the authority to act on their behalf

3. Data Access and Usage

AdBounce requests access to your Google Ads data solely for the purpose of providing AI-powered insights and analysis. We will:

• Only access data necessary for the services you request
• Use your data to generate insights, reports, and recommendations
• Not share your Google Ads data with third parties without your explicit consent
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect your data

4. Permissions Required

To provide our services, AdBounce requires the following Google permissions:

• Google Ads API access: To read your Google Ads account data, including campaigns, ad groups, keywords, performance metrics, and account settings
• Basic profile information: Your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account
• OpenID Connect: To securely authenticate your identity

Note: The Google Ads API scope we request provides both read and write access to your Google Ads account, subject to your account permissions. However, AdBounce is designed as an analysis and insight tool and does not currently implement features that modify your campaigns or ads.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have proper authorization before connecting any Google account
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• Using the service in compliance with Google's terms of service
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination

You may discontinue using our service at any time. You can revoke access to your Google account through your Google account settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
