1. Overview

AdBounce ("we", "us") provides an AI assistant for Google Ads. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We keep it simple and only collect what we need to run the service.

2. What we collect

• Account info: your name, email, and profile image from Google when you sign in with Google OAuth.
• Auth tokens: Google OAuth tokens needed to access Google Ads on your behalf. You can revoke access any time in your Google account.
• Google Ads data: only what you authorize (e.g., performance metrics, keywords, account details) so we can analyze and display it to you.
• Chat content: prompts and responses inside your chat sessions so you can view history and continue conversations.
• Billing: we use Stripe to handle payments; Stripe receives the necessary billing details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Basic usage data: device/browser info, pages visited, and interactions to keep the service reliable and improve it.

3. How we use data

• Provide and maintain the app, including Google Ads analysis and chat.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Respond to support requests and improve features.
• Secure the service and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI processing

To generate responses, we may send parts of your prompts and relevant Google Ads data to our AI provider (via OpenRouter). We minimize what we send and use it only to provide the requested functionality.

5. Third parties we rely on

• Google (OAuth and Google Ads API)
• Stripe (payments)
• OpenRouter/AI model providers (AI responses)
• Vercel (hosting and performance/analytics)

These services have their own privacy policies.

6. Data retention

• Account and subscription data: kept while your account is active.
• Chat content: kept so you can continue conversations; you can delete chats in the app.
• Google Ads connections: you can disconnect by revoking Google access; we then can no longer access your Ads data.
• Billing records: retained as required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, limit employee access to data, and protect data in transit. No online service can be 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

8. Your choices and rights

• Access, update, or delete your account data by contacting us.
• Delete chat sessions in the product UI.
• Revoke Google access in your Google account settings.
• Opt out of non-essential cookies via your browser settings.

9. International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers.

10. Children

AdBounce is not intended for individuals under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date above. If we make material changes, we’ll provide additional notice where appropriate.
